You can explore Dasher without payment before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to make sure the Service fits your workflow during this period, since it is the best way to evaluate whether Dasher is right for you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
Because Dasher provides immediate access to software and consumes resources (proxies, infrastructure and managed services) from the start of a billing period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a period has begun.
If you believe you were charged in error, or you experienced a significant, verifiable failure of the Service that we could not resolve, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.
Cloud and Agency plans include managed setup, infrastructure and hands-on work that begins as soon as your plan starts. Fees for these plans, including any setup or onboarding components, are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we want to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
