You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Dasher. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
Your use of Dasher is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send and for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of service of any third-party platform (including Instagram, X, Telegram and TikTok) on which you operate.
Dasher is a tool. You — not Dasher — decide who to contact, what to say, and how often. You accept full responsibility for that activity and for any consequences to your accounts on third-party platforms.
Dasher interacts with third-party platforms that we do not control and that may change their terms, features or technical behaviour at any time. We do not guarantee that any integration will remain available or uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for actions a third-party platform takes against your accounts, including rate-limiting, restriction or suspension.
You acknowledge that automated outreach may violate the terms of some platforms, and that you use the Service at your own risk and discretion.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees plus any taxes. Fees are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Dasher and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data and content you bring to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outreach result, reply rate or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dasher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or accounts, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
